ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage executive appointments and calendars.
– Organize and manage emails.
– Maintain CRM data and records. Prepare spreadsheets and presentations.
– Social media management.
– Develop and implement workflows and processes.
– Research new technologies and provide recommendations.
– Assist with travel arrangements, project coordination, event planning, and personal tasks.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this position, you should have a experience working remotely is preferred. You should be available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours and able to dedicate at least 20 hours per week. You should have experience in an administrative support role and have an in-home office setup, including a Mac or PC computer with a minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb of RAM, and the most recent version of MS Office installed (all programs; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). You should have a fast, reliable internet connection and a smartphone with email capabilities. You should also have a designated professional, quiet space.

This is a 1099 contractor role, and you must be available during regular business hours (across respective time zones). The virtual assistant pay range is $18-$25 per hour based on experience and skill set. Contractors are paid a fixed rate once per month based on the number of contracted hours, and ACCLIVITY does not guarantee hours or clients.
